We serve you, not shareholders

Bupa has no shareholders. This is important because it means we don’t pay out money to shareholders, enabling us to:

  • reinvest our profits into providing better healthcare for you
  • respond to our customers' changing needs
  • constantly learn and improve to ensure we take care of the lives in our hands

We are dedicated to providing a professional, reassuring service and seek opportunities to go the extra mile to exceed people’s expectations.
