We aim to give you just the right level of challenge and support. You will be given ongoing training and opportunities to develop along with support from a mentor and a previous graduate ‘buddy’. Undertaking real roles you will be encouraged to stretch yourself and match your growing competence with increased challenge as the programme progresses.
The general programme consists of a month-long induction into the business followed by three placements over 18 months.
In a diverse global business of 50,000 employees the opportunities and possible combinations are numerous. Placements might be in any one of our business units and could be anywhere in the UK or in our overseas businesses. You will be encouraged to build up a wide range of experience and we will work with you to find the roles that are the best fit for you and the business.

At the end of the programme, you and your colleagues will move into a variety of roles in different business units and functions. Recently, graduates have moved from the programme into project management, HR consultancy, business analyst roles, operational management and group strategy.

Along with practical experience, you will build up an extensive network of contacts and be encouraged to attain technical professional qualifications along the way, allowing you to move into a permanent role at the end of the programme.
The marketing programme consists of a month-long induction into the business followed by three diverse placements over eighteen months.
